Administration Office

The administration office of the student body takes care of the administration, financial and payroll accounting of the Students’ Union, the Student Councils and the Café Lu.

The administration office was newly established in winter semester 21/22 and is located in Speicher XI in room 3.06.010 (next to the Office for Students and International Office). Access is via a separate outside entrance in the stairwell of Segment 6.

Applications, payment orders and invoices are usually being processed once a week. Forms and invoices can be sent via e-mail to asta-finanzen@hfk-bremen.de or via house mail to “AStA / Finanzreferat”.
